The
Recruitment
Process
It
is
important
that
candidates
when
they
seek
a
new
role.
Outlined
below
is
the
process
that
you
can
expect
when
you
find
a
new
position
through
Mantech.
After
contacting
us,
if
we
are
handling
a
suitable
vacancy,
you
will
be
invited
to
meet
with
the
consultant
handling
the
requirement.
During
this
meeting
you
will
be
fully
briefed
on
the
position
you
are
applying
for
and
interviewed
to
determine
your
suitability
for
the
role
or
any
alternative
positions
that
are
available
at
the
time.
You
may
wish
to
take
this
opportunity
to
use
our
consultant's
experience
to
advise
you
on
career
direction,
skills
assessment
and
market
trends
relating
to
your
skill
set.
It
is
always
understood
that
you
may
be
using
your
own
resources,
or
that
of
other
agencies,
in
your
search
for
new
employment.
In
this
case
it
is
beneficial
to
advise
our
consultant
to
avoid
embarrassment
or
duplication
in
effort.
Assuming
there
is
a
good
match
of
skill
and
salary
expectation,
your
resume
will
be
forwarded
to
the
client
together
with
supporting
documentation,
prepared
by
the
consultant,
recommending
you
for
interview.
It
is
important
to
note
that
your
resume
will
not
be
forwarded
to
any
client
without
prior
authority
from
yourself.
It
must
be
understood
that
some
clients
react
quickly
to
the
process
and
some
do
not.
You
will
be
advised
by
our
consultant
the
likely
timeframe
for
interview
and
selection.
It
is
the
consultant's
responsibility
to
arrange
all
interviews
and
manage
the
whole
process,
with
the
client
and
the
candidate,
in
a
timely
manner.
When
your
client
interview
is
complete
take
time
to
de-brief
our
consultant
and
discuss
any
issues
you
are
unsure
of,
or
possibly
uncomfortable
with.
Successful
or
unsuccessful,
you
will
be
advised
by
our
consultant
in
a
timely
manner.
Assuming
that
you
are
successful,
you
will
be
asked
by
our
consultant
to
provide
at
least
two
work
related
referee's
to
vouch
for
your
experience
and
work
history.
If
you
are
currently
employed
in
a
permanent
position,
we
will
not
contact
your
current
employer,
unless
of
course
you
have
given
us
authority
to
do
so.
As
a
matter
of
courtesy
it
is
recommended
that
you
contact
your
referees
in
advance
and
advise
them
that
our
consultant
will
be
calling
them
in
support
of
your
application.
Very
occasionally,
clients
do
stipulate
that
a
letter
of
offer
may
be
subject
to
a
reference
from
your
current
employer.
If
this
is
requested,
than
the
reference
check
will
not
be
made
until
you
have
received
your
letter
of
offer
and
resigned
from
your
current
position.
Assuming
all
references
are
satisfactory
they
will
be
compiled
by
our
consultant
and
passed
to
the
client
so
that
a
letter
of
offer
can
be
generated.
