Aside from our traditional search, contingency placement
and contract services, Mantech
has
worked
with
numerous
clients
to
provide
"Recruitment
Events"
where
we
work
with
the
client
to
provide
a
seminar
specifically
tailored
to
recruitment
for
their
organisation.
This
involves
managers
from
different
departments
as
speakers
to
present
at
the
seminar
so
a
wide
variety
of
attendees
can
learn
about
the
organisation
and
work
opportunities
with
the
company.
Our
role
is
to
co-ordinate
and
manage
the
event
to
ensure
this
is
a
success.
This
includes
managing
candidate
invitations
and
registration.
Registration
for
the
event
is
invitation
only
as
we
are
keen
to
ensure
that
we
have
the
seats
filled
by
the
correct
target
audience.
We
then
integrate
the
"Recruitment
Event"
into
our
standard
recruitment
processes.
This
recruitment
model
enables
our
client
organisations
to
effectively
leverage
their
"branding"
in
the
employment
market.
We
have
successfully
deployed
this
recruitment
model
on
a
number
of
occasions.
A
recent
program
attracted
some
250
attendees
to
the
event
and
resulted
in
our
client
attracting
25
highly
skilled
software
engineers.
The
event
was
additionally
broadcast
as
a
video
stream
on
the
web,
thus
enabling
interstate
and
overseas
candidates
to
intensively
evaluate
opportunities
within
the
client
organisation.
